Got a plumbing question you need the answer to? We have compiled a list of
the most commonly asked plumbing
questions our technicians encounter out
in the field.
Clogged Drains? Leaky faucet? You want to know our fees? It's all covered in our "Ask a Plumber" section. If we have missed any questions, you're dying to know the answer to, drop us a line at info@drainrescue.com and we'll be glad to answer it for you.
- Can you tell me how much this plumbing job will cost me?
Drain Rescue charges by the job and not by the hour. Each job our technicians' price is in accordance with an industry-wide price book. We believe that our customers should not pay for the time it takes to complete a job, but rather they should pay for the job itself. Is there a fee for your plumbers or drain technicians to show up at my home? We do not charge for our drain technicians to show up. All drain service calls are free of charge. With plumbing calls, however, there is a $65 service charge for the plumber to come to your home. However, if you decide to go ahead with the work the $65 service fee is waived.
- How much is a plumbing inspection?
We conduct plumbing inspections for Free if we are already at your home.
- If I live in an apartment, can you fix my plumbing problem and bill by landlord?
Yes, as long your landlord has an existing account with us. If he does not, then your landlord (or the owner of the home) must be on-site to pay our technician upon the completion of the job.
- Does Your Work Come with a Warranty?
Our drain work is under warranty for 25 years. Waterline service is under warrant for 10 years. Plumbing work falls under the manufacturer's warranty (and the customer pays for the labor).
- How Long Are Your Parts Warranted For?
All parts fall under the warranty of the manufacture that provided them. We do not provide a warranty for customer-supplied parts.
